Each week, we explore the cuisine of a different country or region of the world. Using fresh ingredients from local producers, we create a 3-course meat or vegetarian/GF option that includes salad, a main and dessert. From Greek to Vietnamese to Ethiopian, Rooted Spoon combines local ingredients with international tastes. Join us!
